Information you give us directly

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you enter into our forms. Depending on the coverage you're asking about, that can include:

• Name, phone number, email address, and mailing address
• Date of birth, gender, and marital status
• Vehicle details, driving history, and current insurance carrier
• Property details such as home type, age, square footage, and ownership status
• The type of coverage you're shopping for

We collect this to prepare quotes and to contact you about coverage. We do not sell this information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, we and the following third-party services collect information about your visit automatically:

These services may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view on our site, and the referring page that sent you here. This happens on page load.

Who we share information with

• Insurance carriers. We are an independent agency working with more than 120 carriers. To get you quotes, we share the information you provide with the carriers we approach on your behalf.
• Our service providers. Zapier (form routing), AgencyZoom (our customer management system), and Netlify (website hosting).
• Advertising and analytics providers. Meta and Datamoon, as described above.
• When required by law. If we are legally compelled to disclose information, or need to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices

Cookies and tracking

You can control tracking through your browser and through the ad platforms directly:

• Your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies, in its privacy settings.
• Meta. You can adjust how your activity is used for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, under Ad Settings.
• Industry opt-outs. The Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) offer opt-out tools covering many advertising partners at once.
• Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Browser-level privacy signals are handled by each third-party provider according to its own policy.

Calls, texts, and email

If you gave us your phone number, we may contact you by phone or text about your quote. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. You can also just tell us — call (954) 420-1501 and we'll take you off the list.

Access and deletion

Email info@core4insurance.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion. Note that insurance records we're required to retain by law or by a carrier may not be deletable on request.

How long we keep information

We keep quote and policy information for as long as needed to service your account and to meet insurance recordkeeping and legal requirements. Website tracking data is retained according to each provider's own schedule.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
